I was a bit sceptical of hiring someone from an online source, but from the outset Magdalena was great. She is reassuringly clear and precise, and her communication is really responsive so I was always comfortable. Magdalena not only took care to listen and understand my requirements (full planning for an extension in a conservation area), but she also thought about how to improve and finish the building in an aesthetically pleasing way. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Magdalena or to use her services again.

Magdalena was superb to work with from start to finish. My project became less straightforward as was thought at the beginning due to planning restrictions but Magdalena was patient, had great communication and assisted me in working on an alternative.
